Thays Rodrigues Cardoso, MBA, CFP®
Thays joined Fi3 in November 2020 as an Administrative Coordinator, where she played a key role in handling administrative tasks and providing operational support. In October 2021, she was promoted to Wealth Advisor, a role in which she assists the firm’s lead advisors with tailored financial planning strategies that align with each client's unique goals.
Thays holds a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from Tennessee Wesleyan University and an MBA with a focus in Finance from the University of Indianapolis. Thays has successfully earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Certification in 2024.
Originally from Brazil, Thays came to the United States on a tennis scholarship. She was a student-athlete at Tennessee Wesleyan University and later served as a tennis graduate assistant at the University of Indianapolis. Beyond tennis, Thays enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband, Cory, on their secret restaurant tours and spending quality time with their two-year-old son, Benny, and yellow lab Romeo.
