Lauren Sanger

Lauren joined Fi3 in August 2024 as a Relationship Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her eighteen-year tenure with the Make-A-Wish organization. She looks forward to leveraging the skills she refined during her career to foster strong connections between the lead advisor, various firm departments, and clients. Lauren takes pride in her exceptional communication and organizational abilities, aiming to cultivate relationships both within and beyond the firm.

Her journey began in 2005 as an intern with Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, later transitioning to the Central and South Texas Chapter in Austin, TX in 2009. Over the years, she held diverse roles including Wish Manager, Director of Fundraising Support, Director of Communications, and Chief Mission Officer. In her eight-year tenure as Chief Mission Officer, Lauren successfully oversaw wish-granting operations, volunteer management, and medical outreach, contributing to the fulfillment of over 3,000 wishes and the organization's overall growth.

Lauren particularly enjoyed recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, along with collaborating closely with the CEO, Chief Development Officer and Board of Directors on fundraising efforts and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Youth, Adult, and Family Services from Purdue University.

Lauren cherishes time with her husband Phil, and their children aged 6 ½ and 2 ½. Relocating to Indiana a year ago to be closer to family, they enjoy exploring the Indianapolis area and actively participating in their children's extracurricular activities and school events.
