Joseph Conti, FPQP
Joey joined Fi3 in May of 2024 as a Relationship Manager. Prior to this, he spent two years working for Walmart E-Commerce, sharpening his operations, management, strategy, planning, and project execution skills. Joey earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Political Science - International Relations at Wabash College. For five years following his graduation, Joey served as the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at Wabash - recruiting hundreds of students and families of all backgrounds to study the Liberal Arts in Crawfordsville.
Joey has a relentless focus on client experience, lean thinking, leadership, and efficiency. With a career specializing in relationships, project management, and business management - Joey will bridge the gaps for our Fi3 Clients. He is looking forward to building relationships internally and externally, finding meaningful growth opportunities for Fi3 through process improvements, facilitating seamless communication, and passing that value and service along to our clients.
Joey lives in Hendricks County with his wife, Emma, and their two sons, Frederick and Benjamin. In his downtime, Joey enjoys woodworking, yard work, strategy games, sports, and outdoor adventures. He is an avid problem solver and has always had a do-it-yourself spirit. As a former student-athlete, Joey is looking forward to coaching and supporting his kids in all of their endeavors.
