IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Fi3 Financial Advisors is a fee-only, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and multi- family office. We serve as a fiduciary, providing comprehensive financial guidance and investment management services to high-net-worth families.
The Implementation Specialist will serve as part of the Operations Team, supporting Fi3’s Financial Advisors and clients. Each day will require you to manage multiple priorities, draft written communications, provide task management system updates and execute important client matters. You will support complex case requests, new client onboarding, reports, and be integral in executing planning and investment action items and client requests.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you:
Support custodial relationships under direction from Senior Operations Specialist (Fidelity and Charles Schwab)
Leverage Technology to document and organize client data consistently and efficiently
Be detail oriented and able to to recognize and/or foresee issues
Prepare and produce back-office support for client account requests
Process money movement requests
Coordinate and track the new clients through onboarding process
Track client service issues and report status updates daily
Complete tasks on-time/ahead of schedule
Capable of handling a high volume of simultaneous requests
Share in responsibilities to ensure deadlines and goals are met
Possess a great sense of humor and desire to be part of a cohesive team
Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgement/decision making
Embrace a high-touch, tailored client service philosophy along with the entire Fi3 Team
Sample Responsibilities:
Assist with custodial paperwork and processing of forms, including applications, new accounts, and account transfers
Accurately perform cash journals, family gifting, charitable giving, other asset movement requests
Assist with data collection
Generate and troubleshoot planning and investment reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3 - 5 years of Client Service experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or accounting environment
Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional “FPQP” designation or other licenses/certifications
Strong acumen and affinity for numbers and highly detailed administrative work
Proficient with technology (MS Office, Salesforce CRM, Charles Schwab/Fidelity platforms, DocuSign, etc.)
Exceptionally organized/efficient, can handle stress, manage priorities, effectively communicate, and excel in an entrepreneurial environment with a strong team structure
