Allison Cornacchione, FPQP™

Allison provides the same level of focus and precision to every project she works on – no matter the size or scope. Her thoughtful and strategic mindset will be beneficial to Fi3’s clients.

Allison joined Fi3 in September 2018 as Implementation & Client Services Specialist. Currently, as Senior Operations Specialist, Allison will focus on process improvements, data management, compliance, as well as a multitude of other projects serving the firm’s continued growth. Her 10 years of experience working in the non-profit sector with Make-A-Wish (Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana) allowed her to become skilled in operations and management.

Allison enjoys creating processes, standards and policies. She is organized and efficient, and a skilled communicator. She also brings excellent customer service skills to her position at Fi3, which come from her experience at Make-A-Wish working with families.

Allison has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science, Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University. In her 10 years at Make-A-Wish, she served in several roles, most recently as Director of Program Delivery, where she was responsible for the wish program and fulfillment of the wish experience for those in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Allison is still active with the Make-A-Wish program, serving as a volunteer. She and her husband, Matt, and their daughter enjoy spending time on their property and playing with their dogs, Max and Lucy. Allison also likes spending time with her family and friends, cheering on the Hoosiers, and attending events in the community.
